Front Desk Officer/Receptionist

Job Description / Responsibility

A.1 Visitor Management:

Greeting visitors from local and international business partners, group, dignitaries, law enforcement, fire brigade, and other government agencies, connecting them with their hosts Verifying their identity where possible Issuing the correct level visitor card.

A.2 Issuing Visitor Pass & ID Cards:

Manage issuance of ID cards as provided by Security and in accordance with security policies Issue temporary ID cards to staff who have lost or forgotten their ID cards Visitor ID cards Group visitors 3rd party contractors

A.3 Software Operation

Operate the visitor management software, matching visitors to hosts, checking their ID and others

A.4 Additional

Any other task as assigned by the Management

Job Nature and duty duration: Contractual (at least 3 years), from 8 am to 7 pm.

Educational Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor Degree in any Discipline with relevant experience as front office management/receptionist in any MNC or national conglomerates

Experience Requirement:

Minimum 01 year

Job Requirements:

Only female candidates are allowed to apply. Good Knowledge in English & Computer Having good PR capability and well groomed Experienced in Reception/Front Desk and Customer Service in any MNC for at least 1-3 years

Job Location:

Gulshan, Dhaka

Other Benefit: 2 festival bonus, Health insurance and weekly 2 days off.

Salary: BDT 23,000
